HOUSTON -- Homicide investigators said a welding torch is the likely weapon used in 12-year-old Jonathan Foster's death, Local 2 Investigates reported Friday.

"We're talking crematorium-type of hot," said one Houston Police Department Homicide Squad officer assigned to the investigation.

Police said they confiscated a badly burned section of carpet from the home of Mona Yvette Nelson, 44, who stands charged with capital murder.

She had a welding background and police found welding equipment in her home on Allwood Street in the Fifth Ward area of Northeast Houston. Police said a section of carpet was badly burned and the smell of a human body filled the area around that carpet.

In Texas I believe that’s a valid defense

“He needed killin’”

Here's what a cop says about Nelson.

Miller has interviewed hundreds of suspects in 14 years on the homicide squad but said he saw something in Nelson's eyes that he's only seen once before — in the gaze of an accused serial killer.

It was a "dead look," the investigator said. "Anything but remorse … Stone cold without a soul."

More info here.

Death penalty. Even if she were to get life without parole, some idiot lefty might well commute her sentence. You can bet that this evil creature would kill again.

Thanks! Now I feel pretty stupid. However, I wasn’t thinking anybody would even consider letting this piece of dog shite live!

I guess Nelson was just listening to her "community activist" adviser...

Quanell X was forced out of the Nation of Islam for publicly inciting violence with his televised, and highly publicized, exhortation to Houston-area blacks:

"[i]f you feel that you just got to mug somebody because of your hurt and your pain, go to River Oaks and mug you some good white folks. If you’re angry that our brother is put to death, don’t burn down your own community, give these white folks hell from the womb to the tomb."[6]

From here....

She’s been charged with capital murder. Unless something goes horribly awry in the trial, she’ll get the death penalty.

Quannell X was the chief of the Houston race-baiters. However, he’s lost a lot of clout after several thousand Texans of all races shouted him/revved him down when he wanted to go ‘protest’ Joe Horn.

That didn’t work out the way he thought it was going to.

Does it have a low setting. About 119 F would be about right. 02 supply, and an IV drip to prevent dehydration, and it would be perfect. Might take days to fully cook.

Remember who Quanell is:

Main article: Joe Horn shooting controversy

Quanell X led a rally in front of the Pasadena, Texas, home of Joe Horn on December 2, 2007. Horn had shot and killed two men - Hernando Riascos Torres (aka Miguel Antonio DeJesus) and Diego Ortiz, illegal aliens and members of a burglary and fake ID ring from Colombia.

The pair had broken into a neighbor’s house. Horn, against repeated requests of the 911 operator not to confront the burglars, exited his home to confront them. On the 911 tapes Horn exclaims, “Move, and you’re dead”, followed by three shotgun blasts.[21]

Quanell X, who thought the shootings may have been racially motivated, approached Horn’s house to speak to the media. He was overwhelmed by several hundred counter-protesters protecting Horn from Quanell X’s accusations. The crowd of counter-protesters included bikers revving their motorcycles, many of them chanting, “USA,” “Go home,” and “We love our country; what do you love?” while waving placards, Texas flags, and US flags.

Quanell X could not be heard over the noise, even when using a bullhorn, and left the area about eight minutes later. He returned soon after with more supporters and attempted to speak again, but the counter-protests continued. Riot police were readied in case of violence between the two groups. Quanell X believed that because Horn was white and not black, he was not prosecuted (even though at the time the District Attorney had not made a ruling).

On June 25, 2008 the case was sent to a grand jury to decide whether or not Horn should go to trial. The grand jury relocated due to death threats, Quanell X did not take responsibility for them. On June 30, Horn was cleared by a Harris County Grand Jury in the deaths of Ortiz and Diego.[22][23] Quanell eventually made a speech on another street away from Horn’s house. The speech included chants of “black power” and the exhortation for blacks to ignore “white law.” On June 30, 2008 a Harris County grand jury cleared Horn in the Pasadena shootings after two weeks of testimony.

I dunno about that.

This was the last time Q-X tried something. Not only was he not able to protest in front of the man’s house, bikers and angry crowds prevented him from getting any media interview time anywhere nearby.

"I still don't know how the hell you could do something like that," Miller said."

No normal person with a soul could.

OMG that poor child. Read some of the other stories, he had such a horrible life for such a young child, and his uncle said he wasn't a problem, he was more of a solution.

May God wrap him in His protective care and heal all the unbelivable wounds this child has.

Boy’s father (stepfather)said he wants vengeance not justice. I hope he gets it.

But more’n likely this b*tch will get a sleepytime death by injection after she’s drugged up with anti-anxiety pills in the year 2031, after twenty years of lawyerly appeals and living on the taxpayers’ millions in relative opulence in a county correctional facility. You know, three squares, dietarily correct, exercise equipment, color TV, prayer rugs and Korans, and maybe a gig as a welding instructor at the jail. Sort of a “giving back” to society for what she took. Then an interview by a television host for one of those “Formerly Dangerous People Who Have Seen The Light” programs. Then she can tell us all that she found Hay Soos on the internet while she was in her jail cell. No, not the Hey Soos you and I pray to.

I wonder why I continue to want to live in America.

Roman 1:28: “ And even as they did not like to retain God in their knowledge, God gave them over to a reprobate mind, to do those things which are not convenient;
[29] Being filled with all unrighteousness, fornication, wickedness, covetousness, maliciousness; full of envy, murder, debate, deceit, malignity; whisperers,
[30] Backbiters, haters of God, despiteful, proud, boasters, inventors of evil things, disobedient to parents,
[31] Without understanding, covenantbreakers, without natural affection, implacable, unmerciful”

I dunno about that.

She's having private conversations with him now while in jail. Who's to say he didn't "advise" her prior to this in private?

Does it really matter? He's inciting violence and hate against whites. She's black the boy's white. More and more we see the likes of Quanell X taking to the streets inciting hatred - some subtly, some more obvious.

As I said in a previous post, "More evidence that our society is incapable of handling threats from within."

Please dispel any idea that you are somehow supporting Quanell X. It's not too much of a stretch to believe that she was swayed by him and his "activism".
