Republicans had Obama pinned against the wall... all they had to do was drive a stake through his political heart by filibustering everything in the lame duck... but instead they let him up and gave him a few pints of blood for the road.

They may have just handed Obama 2012.

This is the worst I have felt in over a year, and nothing the Republicans can do over the next 2 years is going to fix the catastrophe which just occurred.

And what's really terrifying is that most on this thread think Obama "lost." It's scary when people get their heads handed to them on a platter and think it belongs to somebody else.
