These around here, at least the ones I'm looking at, are river-bottom pigs that have had a good diet.
Not as good as the ones that raid fields of grain and whatnot
but LOTS better than those sorry suckers to the west that eat leftover acorns and dirt.
I brought one in last year and she was not bad at all.
The hams weren't too great but the ground up stuff was just dandy.
I tried to make some chops but wasn't doing it right.
Mangled the job up all to hell. I saw a video of how to
do it with a Skill-saw and I'm eager to try it. PETA be damned.
