I am very anti abortion however 62 in CO is poorly written and I don’t see it passing. It defines “personhood” at conception and would cause more harm than good.... if it defined person-hood at a heartbeat it would have a far better chance at surviving and becoming the law here.
I honestly see it as a sand-bagging attempt knowing that it wouldn’t pass so that anything that came up in the future wold have a less-likely chance at passage.
Nonsense.
Human life begins at its creation, its biological inception. It’s just a simple fact.
And our Constitution says that no person may be deprived of life without a fair trial.
