VERY good question.

My only guess is that it makes for good TV right before the last weekend of a MAJOR election cycle. Pretty much neutralizes any Republican "October Surprise" now doesn't it?

Good thing those "Package Bombs" if in fact there are any didn't blow up over any populated areas.

This smells to high heaven to me and I am not impressed or buying the BS.

They had two jet fighters escort a plane from the Canadian border to New York. Why in hell would you escort it to a highly populated area? Why didn't they escort it to Detroit? One, Detroit is getting smaller by the day thanks to the dumbacrats and if the bomb was going to explode, let it explode over downtown Muslim land in Detroit. Just a question.
