I seldom agree with Juan Williams but this proves (again) that the left is not tolerant of any dissent in their agenda. Freedom of speech - gone; open dialog - never.

It's a day to rejoice when a liberal suffers in life.

I’m no fan of Jaun, but as liberals go he is more tolerable than many. So, how about Hannity and Williams as an interim, or should it be the Shaun and Juan Show?
PS I don’t have a clue how Shawn or Shaun spells his name and I don’t have time to look it up right now.

The thin-skinned sob’s at npr have disabled the contact page on their website. They can’t take criticism!

Juan now knows what we have all known: NPR is National Politically correct Radio.

Juan commited the ultimate liberal crime, he told the truth.

NPR has been waiting for years for a chance to can Williams. They’ve hated him since he wrote a book a few years back saying that black Americans needed to quit whining about race, quit embracing gangsta rap, and start embracing education.

I’d like to see NPR fired. Not because of Juan Williams, just because I don’t feel NPR is an appropriate expenditure of Federal tax dollars.

NPR bowed down to CAIR.
The comments were fine until the muslim group complained and then his termination was instant.

Lets see.
We must allow a Mosque near Ground Zero because the emotional feelings of those hurt do not count.
Williams gets fired because he expressed his feelings of fear.
In the former the First Amendment is used as the excuse. In the latter the First Amendment is ignored.

From the article;
The Atlantic's Andrew Sullivan wrote Wednesday morning that Williams' statement about fearing Muslims on planes is an example of bigotry. "What if someone said that they saw a black man walking down the street in classic thug get-up," Sullivan wrote. "Would a white person be a bigot [if] he assumed he was going to mug him?'
I'm sorry, but I say "no" to that person being a bigot.

Heya, Windflier, I sure wish you could hear Larry Elder right now. Man o manischevitz. Basically he's saying that Juan has moved to the center over the years and NPR doesn't like it. (I am so-so-so grateful Larry is back).
In the two hours previous to my post here, the count of comments on the Yahoo newslink numbers 8,909 comments.
That's almost NINE THOUSAND comments! So far (and I've barely brushed the surface), they mostly think NPR is acting in a turdly manner.

This should be a wake up call everyone especially for Leftists. Coexist, yeah right. Only those with purist Leftist thoughts can be tolerated. This proves that the Leftists at NPR (and everywhere else) are simply totalitarian fascists.
I don’t agree with Juan Williams on anything. But we must support his first amendment rights.
I hope Williams gives serious consideration to a civil rights lawsuit!

There are now almost 14,000 comments on Yahoo. Semtiments such as "Liberalism is a mental disease" and "NPR ought to be defunded" DOMINATE.
We are the majority.
