Our local DA is scared to death of the OKC NAACP and is prosecuting Ersland for murder in this case. My sources inside the DA’s office tell me this is the only reason it is being prosecuted. My sources tell me thay don’t think the case is winnable and the DA loses either way. Dismiss the charges and the NAACP riots and burns down OKC.
