Rubio pulls way ahead in Florida Senate Race!

Raleigh, N.C. – Charlie Crist had better hope Jeff Greene pulls off a miraculous comeback in his primary against Kendrick Meek if the Republican-cum-independent governor hopes to edge GOP nominee Marco Rubio in the general election Senate contest. Among likely voters, Rubio has a slim 37-36 lead over Crist if Greene is the Democratic nominee, but Rubio pulls ahead 40-32 if Meek wins tonight.

McCain looks like he’s going to win.

All his bleating about the evils of money in politics, and he’s dropped $20 million.

Meek is ahead in his primary.

We need Meek to win his primary and poll above 20% in order to keep Sorry Charlie out of the Senate.

Interesting. Quinnipiac just had a poll out that showed Crist leading Rubio. Charlie's support will erode if Meek is the nominee. The dems will continue to rally around "their guy" and that increased support will come from Crist's numbers.

We need to get orange boy out of politics once and for all.

It doesn’t sound good according to news reports in either Arizona or Alaska. It is really depressing when you can’t get a majority of REPUBLICANS to vote conservative.

The Teaparty isn’t giving up in Alaska according to the e-mails I’ve been receiving even today, but the news is reporting that Murkowski will easily win. We can only hope they’re wrong.

Real Clear Politic’s Poll average is +15.3% Meek... So unless something unprecedented happens it’s all Meek and will be all Rubio in November!

Wasn't there a thread here yesterday that said we would all rue the day we were mean to Crist because now he would win (no matter who was the Dems nominee) and then caucus with the Dems in the name of big tent politics.

I tend to distrust polls on the Florida Senate race...the problem is, when you have a very prominent, well recognized person, Crist running as an indie...how do you weigh the poll..what number/% of Dems, Pubbies, Indies do you poll..it’s really a guess..no more

The Quinnipiac poll is Registered voters... If you notice all registered voter polls are always favorable for Libs... I think everyone is in agreement that Republicans are more motivated to vote this year than Dems so I’m not even sure Registered voter polls should be taken... let alone COUNT...

The liberal media has been writing endless articles to save McCain even today.

I still think JD will win.

When I heard this earlier this morning, I could help noticing what a hypocrite he really is.
