I made my comments early. She was a stalwart conservative all her life, now she's 85 and not quite what she once was (like all of us will eventually be).

Your article is at least 5 months old and the reporting is done with little to no depth. Which is normally what you don't find with Schlafly, she's always been fairly deep in her expositions.

Something is rotten here in the article, and I think it parallels your attitude towards all women, it wasn't a flippant remark, it's been what you've been saying for days. You've been defending your quote in all sorts of ways, and now you try to pretend it was a flippant remark....
