Unfortunately, the author misses the mark by simplifying the current US situation.
There is no mention of the other items which are leading to the demise of the US such as unchecked illegal immigration, decaying infrastructure, and the demise of the country’s nuclear families largely as a result of moral relativism and declining personal morality.
You can't say anything about that! That's "social conservatism" — backward-looking, no relevancy, and even advocating it ensures the defeat of "real" pragmatic conservatism.

Nor - the single most glaring omission:

That Chinese boom, is because we sent all our jobs and factories there.
Very very foolish move, on our part.
Future generations of Americans will pay a terrible price for that profound mistake.
For that matter, it may not even take that long.
