Wow. It didn’t take long for this thread to devolve into “because the Bible tell us to”.
Can anyone tell us why America and we as Americans should “love” Israel...without quoting the Bible or mentioning satan?
Because it is a sad day when people admit that American foreign policy is driven by Biblical prophecy written down by people who thought the world was flat a couple thousand years a go.
Because ever since n0bama took office, it is the country that represents the world's last best HOPE for freedom loving people willing to fight for that precious freedom?
We're all Israeli's now!
Your assumptions are brazenly wrong in a list of ways.
You have likely never examined how the vast majority . . . what . . . IIRC 75% or more of the NOBEL and similar awards have gone to . . .
drum roll . . .
descendants of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob.
Israel has been an incredibly faithful and helpful agent for America for decades in a host of nitty gritty life and death ways. More so than Britain or even Canada or Australia.
I stayed within your criteria.
I suspect I’ll still get dissed wholesale.
No matter, God is the only score-keeper worth my caring greatly about.
You really don’t like Jews, do you?
I had rather America’s foreign policy be driven by the Bible that obama and the earth worshippers.

I don't know really why we should talk about Israel, apart from the God of Abraham, Isaac and Jacob, apart from the Bible, and apart from Satan.
First of all, Israel was a "creation of God" ... Himself. God chose the nation of Israel (actually the only nation of the world, in this manner) to be a "nation before Him forevermore". There's no other nation in the world that has that "status". That's pretty amazing for one thing.
Then, the Bible, is the Word of God (inspired by God, and thus inerrant, infallible and authoritative), and since God made everything in the first place (i.e., "the whole of creation"), and put Israel into existence, for another thing -- then the Bible is precisely the place to go for answers about Israel, since Israel is mentioned all through the Bible.
And then, in regards to Satan, since Satan is the chief opposer of God in this world that we live in, and since Satan seeks consistently to destroy Israel and the Jews, in order to destroy "God's word" on the matter -- then it's very relevant in understanding what is going on with Israel.
I don't know why this wouldn't be the first place people go to understand what is going on with Israel.
It is indeed when you can't see what is plainly the truth. Of course it can be explained rationally, but I doubt you would get that either, since you say you don't already know.
With few exceptions, the answer appears to be "no."
Actually, our foreign policy is being anything BUT driven by biblical prophecy. And it is indeed a sad day when America turns its back on God, who blessed her like no other nation in history. And here's a hint: It doesn't matter whether you believe it or not. Truth remains truth.
