The number of children born outside marriage in the United States has increased dramatically to four out of ten of all births. Figures show that 41 per cent of children born in 2008 did not have married parents - up from 28 per cent in 1990.

Unless, of course, you are one of the fourth generation welfare lot who merely understand that they don't need to work, they don't care WHO fathers their children, but will live off the earnings of others from the Socialists/Communists who buy their votes with others' money.
The nuclear family is near-extinct, too, and TV's and Daycare have replaced parenting. The ONLY values these slut-mother-only-families learn are how to game the system and exist.

Many babies are born out of wedlock because of the government benefits available if you are an unwed mother. My niece told me many of her friends in high school purposely got pregnant because they wanted the government money. Unfortunately, she is pregnant and unmarried as well.
The failing of the family will be America’s downfall.
I think in the early 1960s the illegitimacy rate for Blacks was 30 percent. Now it is about 70 percent.
For Whitey it was about 10 percent in 1960 and has now grown to 30 percent. Give it a few more decades with more welfare and entitlements and 70 percent should be reached in a decade or two.
Homeschoolers are doing fine...and we could start to turn all of this around if we stopped giving our children to the liberal-controlled government schools to be corrupted.
