Every single one of these 10 dummies ought to be assigned a 12 foot wide path for 12 miles along the border between Arizona and Mexico where they have to pick up trash and actually deal with the consequenses of illegal crossing.
Each will be issued a water bottle, a nightstick and a whistle to signal for help.
