Even BLOOMBERG JAPAN about 20 hours ago ran a story in Japanese with the lead in of Western top business leaders coming to the Chinese and executing 90 degree bows from the waist (Japanese term: "お辞儀") so that the Chinese and the world now know who's boss. They lead-in with the story about one particular Western CEO recently in Hainan, China kowtowing to his hosts.
This is just the beginning. But it is a potent international imagery that needs to be reversed ASAP!

Tell that to the Japanese who late last year both a) saw his famous photo in the Oval Office with his big fat ass feet (shoes on) up on a coffee table; and b) saw in person his own inner staff (including Jarrett and Gibbs and Axelrod) nodding asleep and yawning in Tokyo during a first time meeting with Japanese Prime Minister Hatoyama here, and on top of that, being late to the summit meeting and snubbing them further by sending so few people and at lower levels to reciprocate the Japanese delegation.
