If they act like Muslim terrorists, there is nothing Christian nor patriotic about this group.
Exactly, and if this was a Muslim group, everyone on FreeRepublic would be cheering these arrests.
IF
Still no details and a whole lot of if's.
I still have not seen information on even one alarming crime.
There's a whole lot of "if's" attached to this story, quoting anonymous sources, and CAIR and SPLC are at the center of it fanning the flames.
Have any of them ever been charged with "seditious conspiracy?"
When the Manchurian Candidate actually becomes the President "sedition" takes on an Orwellian meaning.
True. But there’s just a little flaw with what you said. You trust the FBI. As an arm of the Obamastag, I don’t, especially after the Napolitano Right Wing Extremist document.
Why did CAIR know about this?
Who was the provocateur? The tactics sound islamic jihad in style.
I called this group idiots yesterday for not controlling their language and giving the government the reason to jackboot them. Giving the government the easy reason to pull this off yesterday.
This group based, on their website, may have been a bit out there with the “We’re in God’s Army” rhetoric and belief...but the tactics they are accused of don’t match up. They would have been preparing for God’s return and the call-up of Christian Soldiers, not for terrorist tactics they’ve been accused of.
This whole thing stinks like dead fish.
Sounds more like an armed cult to me. But then again militia has a much more ‘right wing’ ring to it. Fits the new line that the right is violent and dangerous.
I'm hearing that their leader is quite the devotee of a certain libertarian congressman from Texas who masquerades as a conservative and runs on the Republican ticket...
AFAIK, Muslim terrorists generally tend to go after civilians rather than members of the security apparatus. This is more like an armed revolt than terrorism.
Bottom line? Seditious conspiracy (i.e. armed revolt) is right in terms of the specific charges brought.
