Actually, another poster here mentioned that the nutty black group in Miami, Seeds of David, was charged with seditious conspiracy. That would have been a couple of years ago, IIRC.

It seems there are a few. All I had was a hunch, based on what seems to be a focus on terrorism and material support charges.

Here are more "seditious conspiracy" incidents:

This may end up like the Hal Turner case. Multiple trials with juries refusing to convict. All will hinge on the facts and evidence. This indictment is just a shell.
