My state of Michigan takes a beating around here but we are one seriously gun heavy state.
Some years back I remember reading a govt report that said they estimated at least one 50 cal rifle in every county of Michigan. That’s 83 but I suspect the number is significantly higher.
I work in the land industry, hunting properties and rural communities so I never talk to those near cities. Michigan and Illinois, especially, they are great people and I actually feel bad for them that their states are represented by such morons. It is like they are being held hostage by those in the cities.
