Normally I wouldn’t mind it but you have to consider that most of if not all of these foundations claim nonpartisanship and get 501 tax shield status. Even worse is putting it altogether to see what kind of cesspool we are dealing with here.
The same groups that fund all these other groups that are doing great damage to our nation are all in bed with each other. We are dealing with huge, huge amounts of money here, and far too often these roads lead to government media.
If a leftist wants to raise their hand and say ‘i’m a leftist and here is who I financially support’, that’s not so bad. But if a leftist wants tax shelter status for being non partisan while supporting all kinds of partisan crap, now houston has a problem.
I agree with you 100%...which is why I wrote that I didn't mind "so much". I do mind when it's on the sly, but if they were up front then it's just free speech and they're entitled to it. I just resent their paying for their free speech with my money.
