I don’t know anything about the candidates there but if a Republican ever wins that seat I bet it’s gonna be a Hispanic one.
Haring is a knucklehead for running in 15. Garza is interesting. nobody raised any money.
The TX-15 is heavily Mexican-American, and we won’t beat Hinojosa with an Anglo. That’s the reality of the situation. I was rooting for Garza, since he seemed to be a conservative with a good profile for the district and the other Hispanic candidate, Zamora, is a retread from past elections, but it will be Zamora in the run-off. I’m not very hopeful here.
