Apparently they can carry there, so that wouldn't be the case. See Post #18 I looked up both student and faculty handbooks, both say that they can be punished for unauthorized possession of a firearm. Students who hunt may store their rifles and shotguns with the campus police. (That is common practice on many campi, gun free or not.)
