OK.
I’ve always loved that picture.
Now for some reality.
A few years ago (2004?), a 13 year old girl was killed at the annual Knob Creek machingun shoot while firing the tri-minigun. Three miniguns, one mount and one trigger. The unit flipped over and killed her.
Sometimes, children do not understand the dangers and therefore cannot consent to the dangers.
Children don't understand many dangers. Does that mean we should outlaw them all? How many die on bicycles? How many die walking across streets?
You can't outlaw stupidity. An accident like that could have happened with any number of tools or other pieces of equipment.
That's reality.
