I thought I'd start a countdown thread for today's election, where information can be kept in one spot, even if elsewhere posted. Please post stories, interviews, poll resuts, election shenanigans, photos of poll crowds, and eyewitness testimony of any foul play on this thread. We can use it in the future to refer to as need be. Perhaps someone can start a prayer vigil thread for same. Remember to get photos of wrongdoing or questionable actions. Post them here if possible. Send tweets here.

I heard there are 116,000 out of state voters, but I am not certain that’s the number of absentee ballots requested. A friend called me last night saying that Brit Hume was saying on radio how he’d bumped into a couple that were flying to MASS for the man to vote there. The man was still registered to voted in MASS and he wanted to be there.
I don’t know the number of dead that haven’t been purged, but on Hannity tonight, Beckel said that the turnout must be at least 35% for Coakley to make a showing, or, perhaps pull it out. Beckel also said there must be no going ahead with HC or pushing back on Brown’s seating as a senator, should he win. Beckel was not happy, but there was also a bit of him giving a heads up to someone, or at least that was my take on what he was saying.
Thanks, freespirited. Do you think you could post intrade stats periodically on this thread throughout the day? Just here and there, as possible.
Thanks for the weather angle. Would you be able to give an occasional weather heads up as it impacts/does not impact people going to vote?

Heh heh. Just last week he was around the 30-40% mark on Intrade.
I would say the trend is definitely in his favor. I’m praying for a Scott Brown win, Lord willing. And NO shenanigans.

sure, I will off and on through out the day. I do not want to jinx Scott, but some of the most liberal pundits on Boston TV are bracing for a blow out. We had a tremendous rally here in Littleton at Scott’s office. He stayed and shook hands with everyone. Around 300 to 400 hundred. Standing in cold damp conditions with 10 inches of fresh heavy wet snow from last night.
People should call the voting places to let them know who their dead relatives or friends are.
this is not close in an election of this size...
My bad scratch the hundred after 400, been up to long still recovering from 4 hours at WPI on Friday while Bubba was there and 5 hours at the big rally in Worcester yesterday.
