I guess GW is between a rock and a hard place. If he doesn't work with the commies,he would never hear the end, if he does, he runs the risk of making ozero look relevant.

GWB is screwed because he doesn’t know quite when to speak up. He never has. He is a flawed politician but a good, honest man IMO. He kept us safe, and now we have the measurable proof of that. He spent us into big trouble, though. Bad news.

His reputation (not all of it) could have been much better had he stood up for his own security policies and explained himself and conservative principles more openly (when he was actually implementing them.)
