Bush looks great; lol - Bill still acts like a goober.
Bill says Hillary negotiated an agreement between Haitian govt and US for military control for the airport.
Bush says their mission is: After devestating scenes get off TV, their job is to remind people of the ongoing need for Haitians.
I'm pretty sure the DoS already had a basic MOA in place and Hillary just had to go through and fill in a few blanks.
