There is little I know about Lisa Murkowski.(John McCain won Alaska with 60%)But she won by 48.58%
We know you had one very, very great Senator :)
And all 435 seats in the United States House of Representatives
We need to take our country back !
Alaska. My adopted home. 2 Senators and 1 Congressman.
Currently, we have Senator Mark Begich (D) who narrowly defeated the incumbent Ted Stevens in 2008, because of a drummed up scandal. The charges were dropped after the election was over due to prosecutorial misconduct.
We also have a RINO Senator Lisa Murkowski, appointed by the former Governor, and her father, in 2002. She won re-election in 2008. Pro choice, and wishy washy on most Conservative issues. Next election 2014. Should be easy pickings for an actual Conservative
And lastly, we have but one Member of Congress. The venerable Don Young. He is a classic Alaskan. He is fiercely independent and his own man. He is excellent on gun rights. He is excellent on the military. And a personal note, He answers his own phone. I had a problem and I called his office. To my surprise he answered. I explained my dilemma. He took my number and called me back, personally, the next day. The issue was put to rest.
