Orly has come back with a strong offense.

Other than her shrill voice and amusing lunacy?

Just a quick question...When should we expect news as to whether or not the request was granted? 30 days? 60 days? Never?

My guess is that Barak Hussein Obama, currently President of the U.S., was born in Hawaii and is a natural-born citizen.

However - my kid had to show his birth certificate to join a soccer team when he was 6. Why shouldn’t a candidate for the Presidency have to do the same?

Barnett v. Obama is dead, dismissed, over, stiff, dormant, mummified, ossified, inanimate, bereft of life — except in the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals, where it will live a short, unproductive and inglorious life.

To whom should we write or call to encourage this case to move forward?

Orly states that people have sent faxes, letters, and made phone calls. What or where are the calling, writing, and faxing?

How can we help?

Maybe the people who are organizing the “Flood It” campaign on January 20th could help organize a protest.

Thank you for sharing....and I am glad someone is continuing to pursue these cases regarding Obama’s eligibility. It is a shame that some here on FR continue to Enable Obama on this issue

Orly said, “fine, let’s move the case.” She is asking Judge Carter to move the case to Judge Lamberth’s court in DC. This would serve to best expedite the case, including discovery.

I thought Judge Carter dismissed the case based upon lack of standing. Thus how does he have a case before him to move?

Wouldn’t Taitz need to file a case in DC if that is the court where she wants it heard?

A Quo Warranto action in D.C has always been the proper course of action in this case.

Once filed and a prima facia case has been presented, which certainly can be done; the burden then shifts to Obama to prove he is qualified. If he can, he must be ousted.

If the courts won't do it, I think a couple hundred thousand patriots marching on the White House would do the trick; and I'd be one of them.

01/12/2010 108 MINUTES (IN CHAMBERS): ORDER by Judge David O. Carter: denying 105 Motion to Transfer Case. Plaintiffs now request that their quo warranto claims be transferred to the District Court of the District of Columbia. As this case has been dismissed as to all claims with prejudice, meaning that there is no longer any action pending before this Court, the Motion to Transfer is DENIED. (ade) (Entered: 01/12/2010)
