We don't do that stuff anymore, but nevertheless we can still be Christians and good Americans and believe that the death penalty for those offenses would still be just.
But we don't practice that system of justice in America, except for the Murder part and instead we founded our republic on the principle that all men are entitled to the right to believe as they choose, however we also limit the rights of people to practice certain religious rituals because they trample on the rights of others, such as killing witches and killing your children when they show you disrespect.
I would be more than willing to keep anyone out of this country that does not believe in Religious Liberty or that is not prepared to support and defend the Constitution of the United States. Although I suspect it is a pipe dream, I would hope that most Muslims in America are not here to destroy our nation, but to enjoy the blessings of Liberty that were won by the blood of patriots.
For this reason I could not sanction any law which would prohibit any religion from building a place of worship subject to the same zoning restrictions that all other religions are subject to.

2) Would you rather “legitimately cry foul” or would you rather negotiate for reciprocity once you have leverage? Right now, we have no leverage, and Christianity is suppressed there, and Islam is promoted here, and the Muslims think we are stupid, and actively exploit this oversight. Why would they voluntarily stop oppressing Christians and Jews sometime in the future if they have not until now?
3) John Adams said, “Our Constitution was made only for a moral and religious people. It is wholly inadequate to the government of any other.” Do you think he was talking about Muslims who are instructed in their Qur’an to deliberately lie to be in a position to kill as commanded in the Qur’an?

We are on the same side in being offended at the mere mention of tampering with the Bill of Rights.
That said, let me take gentle exception to the examples you used of Biblical commands that we no longer obey. All of those that you listed are tenets of the Law of Moses, a covenant between Jehovah and the children of Israel.
Those commands do not apply to Christians today and haven’t for 2,000 years. As Paul explained, “So the Law was put in charge to lead us to Christ that we might be justified by faith. Now that faith has come, we are no longer under the supervision of the Law.” Galatians 3:24-25
I agree with you that we should never tamper with our guarantee of religious freedom. We can, however, enforce upon the religion of hate our existing laws against violence and conspiracy . No mosque and no muslim can be allowed to infringe upon our lives, liberties, or pursuit of happiness.
