Spending Stimulus Funds 'Too Quickly' in Fiscal 2009 Would Have Led to Fraud and Waste, Rep. Barney Frank Says Friday, December 04, 2009 By Edwin Mora
(Washington, D.C.) House Financial Services Committee Chairman Barney Frank (D-Mass.), told CNSNews.com on Thursday that congressional Democrats and the White House knew that much of the spending in President Obamas $787 billion stimulus package would not be spent in Fiscal Year 2009 because spending it too quickly during FY 2009 would have created fraud and waste.
Franks comments came in response to a question CNSNews.com posed during a short interview at the U.S. Capitol.

Everything this guy does is geared towards creating a false sense of security and placating his base in 2011...
For this Frank moron to be commenting on “fraud and waste” is too much. Isn’t he the personification of fraud and waste?
Thank goodness we didn’t have any fraud and waste in the funds that WERE spent. /s/
< giggle> This from one of the king Fraud and Wasters, i.e., Fannie May, Freddie Mac, etc. etc. ad nauseum.
Uh oh. Obamacare is committed to making sure there is no fraud and waste. That means they’ll have to delay spending the money there, too. Get sick now, see your doctor in five years. That’s the ticket.
Politicians make me sick.
That is the truth, but not the whole truth. The complete statement would be: Spending Stimulus Funds is always Fraud and Waste.'
