Kelo needs to be rehashed by the SCOTUS. Kelo homeowners lost their homes/lands after the city seized it to help Pfizer to expand their R&D lab. This was supposd to bring in highter tax revenues and higher income residents. Guess what, with the severe recession, Pfizer decided to opt out of the expansion deal. On top of that Pfizer plans to close their existing R&D Lab and move the personnel to another facility. Now Kelo is left holding empty lots.

Right! And sending people to jail for not buying insurance is also really a stupid lie—it costs MORE to maintain someone in jail than to give care in an emergency room and while they are in jail, the government has to give the free medical care. What Pelosi is really describing is a concentration camp. !!!

There are many reasons and I’ve posted my own theories over the years but it now gets down to this:
When two guys are at your front door in the middle of the night and one is smashing the lock with a heavy crowbar and the other is standing nervously next to him with a big-a$$ shotgun you don’t ask yourself “why do they disrespect my home and my property so much?”.
No. You don’t ask that. You don’t try to understand their “reasons”.
You defend yourself.
And same with the psychopaths who now rule us from on high. It’s long past time trying to figure out why they want to destroy us.
It’s now time to play defense. Smart defense.
Smart defense or death. Those are our ACTUAL “public options”.
