I have been thinking about what the Democrats did tonight. I have never been so mad in all my life for them passing this but I am actually glad they did they passed this. Let me explain. The American electorate has been in a drunken stupor for so long. We have what we have in office because nobody is feeling any discomfort.
After the American people see what was passed and what it will do for their quality of life, it will finally get people to act because they will see their quality of life plummet. The Democrats have no idea what hit them last Tuesday and they will have no idea what will hit them in November of 2010. This is their attack on Pearl Harbor and you know what happened to Japan after this act.
They are so arrogant and blind that they think this is a victory for the left and their power. This vote was the beginning of the end for the left and the Democrats. We need to continue to pray, fight and act. We will prevail. We will takeover again this gov’t “for and by the people.”
We have reached, or are quickly reaching, the tipping point in this country.
The majority of people in this country don’t even know about this vote yet. They are not paying attention. They will turn on the news and be told that the “greatest most historic health care plan ever has passed”.
That is all they will retain.
The Democrats should lose next year but I despise RINO’s and don’t want to vote them in.
Get the most conservative Republicans to win primaries or run third party is neccessary. Use two candidates to force RINO’s to resign. Force them to understand there is no turning back. They can beat a conservative in the primary but will have to face another one in the fall election.
I believe all Democrats regardless of their YES or NO vote should be held responsible for “health care.”
The NO votes must understand their party leadership is responsible and since they are Democrats they are accountable.
NO Democrats (the 35-40 of them) should go down next year with the YES ones.
Not this time. It’s not going to happen. Mark my words. They never got this close. There is a coup in progress and they didn’t get this close to lose in the end. They will do whatever it takes. They will win.

Hear, hear, I am in total agreement with you. Let’s get the angst out of our systems and THEN let us unite and get to work on the next step...this is the United States of America, we are patriots and we will prevail and stop this takeover of our country!! DON’T TREAD ON US.
You make a very good point, and I completely agree - this is really a case of not being "the enemy of the perfect", which would have been the Pelosi health bill going down because our Rep's across the board actually voted their conscience, and represented us!
The only problem with that is, maybe they did represent? Like Cao...
I had the chance to vote on county and state issues this past election week, and was only in the majority once on five issues, although they were all close votes but one...
I guess the important thing will be, to educate people about what they're really getting when they vote for these government plans - I'm convinced they really have no idea!! < sigh >
