Not all birthers, but most. The Supreme Law of the Land, that is the Constitution, and the FRCP. My comment was not intended as a reference to Donofrio. It’s my own opinion based on personal experience with some whack jobs in the birther community. They’d have the defendant be responsible for disproving the plaintiff’s allegations, no matter how absurd and unsubstantiated. That is twisted logic by any definition.

You seem to have missed the fact that the marxist quisling has not shown anyone of authority, anything, at anytime that verifies his NBC status that we are aware of.

So yes, suing to get the worthless ball gargler to PROVE he is actually an NBC is appropriate, since it can be amply demonstrated that no one has vetted the POS.
