That’s my whole point. The plaintiff is barking up the wrong tree. The secretary of states are liable. I don’t see any way around it. I won’t accept a sworn statement from some nurse that just might now pop up and say she was in hawaii when he was born. Aint gonna work for me. Documention that is proven legit would satisfy my ‘curiousity’ so to speak. In addition, Alan Keyes has a valid complaint. I wish he would start with his state’s secretary of state...see the results of their vetting. My bet on the vetting, is that it will lead to the dnc, who should also be a defendant. :)

Liable for what? My point was that they didn't break that law. They complied with it. They had no evidence that he was NOT eligible, so they allowed him on the ballot. That's all they were required to do.
