Attorney Orly Taitz, a national figure in the “birther” movement and lawyer for an Army captain who sought to stop her deployment to Iraq on arguments that President Barack Obama can’t legitimately hold office, has filed a motion to withdraw as the captain’s lawyer.
Taitz, who represents Capt. Connie Rhodes, filed her latest motion Saturday. It cites two court documents as reasons for withdrawing from the case — a Sept. 18 order from U.S. District Court Judge Clay Land threatening $10,000 in sanctions against Taitz and a letter purportedly signed by Connie Rhodes, which asks for Taitz to be removed as her attorney.
“In order to defend herself, the undersigned counsel will have to contest and potentially appeal any sanctions order in her own name alone, separately from the plaintiff, by offering and divulging what would normally constitute inadmissible and privileged attorney-client communications,” Taitz states. “The undersigned attorney will also offer evidence and call witnesses whose testimony will be adverse to her (former) client’s most recently stated position in this case.”
It appears, however, that Taitz didn’t sign her motion. Court records filed Monday state that the motion must be filed again because Taitz didn’t sign it.

Have you ever heard any other President’s birth be publicly validated by a doctor or witness, apart from the President’s parents? I haven’t. Did you ever ask why none of their births were so validated? Why demand evidence from this President that wasn’t demanded of Bush, or Clinton, or Reagan, or Carter, or Ford, etc.? What makes this President different?

Yes, they have. George W. Bush refused to provide his military records until he'd completed his first full term. Bill Clinton never released his passport records, and didn't provide his medical records, apart from annual summaries. Gore never released his college thesis. And most of the time that candidate's college records or other public or government records have been released, it's been because the media acquired them, NOT because the candidate released them.
And that's on top of the fact that no other President or candidate has ever even been *asked* for things like his parents' marriage records, or his Kindergarten records, or his baptism records. What exactly is the point of seeing a candidate's baptism record to begin with? What does that prove?
You stated, twice now, that the Medical Center has denied that he was born there. I stated that they haven't issued any such denial. You want me to post "it."
How can I post a link, when I said that no such denial exists? There is nothing to link to. On the other hand, if they *have* issued a denial, as you've twice claimed, then a link would be possible.
Yes, she did. But she didn't file one.
Instead, she filed a two-page Motion for Extension of Time to File a Response, and a 19-page Motion to Recuse Judge Land.
In the latter Motion, she claims the Judge should be disqualified because he owns stock in Microsoft and Comcast, she argues that Rule 11 sanctions cannot be imposed without a trial by jury, and she continues to insult the judge.

So, since at least October 2, 2007, Obama has, in official documented filings, declared himself eligible for the office of President. There was at least a year for people to make ballot challenges and nobody bothered.
Then AFTER the election is done and they cant get him out with a crowbar, they get in on the act and make some futile lawsuits.

Sure, Dr. Orly makes mistakes. We all do. But Dr. Orly is no dummy. How many of us could go to a foreign country, learn 5 languages, establish a successful dental practice, a successful real estate business AND pass the California state bar- one of the hardest in the U.S. to pass?
She may be a ‘mail order’ attorney and not a Harvard lawyer, but she IS an attorney with all the rights and privilages of a Harvard lawyer nevertheless!
The point is; she has the passion, the zeal, the courage of her convictions and the love of America and its freedoms (unlike many of our ‘great’ attorneys and ‘patriots’ who criticize her) that will not let her give up!
She is exhausted. She is nervous. She is frustrated. It is reported that she gets by on 4-5 hours of sleep per night, and her family is very worried about her health- as well as her safety.
She makes mistakes. But she will NOT give up. She will keep on until she gets it right.
So let’s get behind this great little Russian refugee and great American patriot.
