And that is what Obama will use to take guns away from US citizens.
I see a UN blue helmet, I kill the man wearing it.

Next we will see large sections of our military handed over to the UN.

Please lord make it NOV 2012.

I don’t recall any national president being head of the UN Security Council. Wouldn’t this require Senate confirmation?

From what I understand, that is perfectly acceptable. They never fire back and they simply run away.

The UN has never won a war nor a conflict. Wussy butts.

I was also wondering what religious scholars would make of this.

PS Thanks for your service!

Technically, the United States itself is the President of the Security Council this month. As President of the United States and a superior officer of the U.S. Ambassador to the U.N., he has the authority to represent the United States personally in that capacity. Al Gore was once President of the Security Council when he was Vice President of the United States.

I thought I read somewhere that none of the five permanent members can chair the Security Council.

Or could it be that no permanent member could be president of the UN.

I don’t know about this statute of liberty theory..but I think Obama is the Antichrist or the precursor to the Antichrist.
