Fascinating article. She labels the reporting on Jones “a smear,” but doesn’t make the slightest attempt to show where it is inaccurate. Apparently saying someone is a commie is a smear even if he has publicly stated he is a commie.

Beck is doing a fabulous job of identifying, introducing, and giving a picture of the Obama Czars. I noticed the lack of reporting on this Communist and others of the Obama Court.

It was a “guilt by association” smear. By trying to label WND as specious, the implication is anything coming from them is worthless. Ergo, all this stuff about Jones. That’s the best they can come up with? Huh.

Oh, I agree. I quit visiting, and never went back, after I joined FR. But it's interesting this is the tack they have to take to defend such as Van Jones.

WND has been one of the most consistent newsites which at least report the facts they come across, wish more would do that!

They certainly are capable of laying some stink bombs. But certainly no more so than the MSM.

Anyone who attacks WND on FR is not a conservative.

Take your attacks against good conservative sites back to DU or Huffington were they belong. Conservatives and America are in a fight for survival and you are on the wrong side.

WND is a respected site and they are obviously conservative heroes for being the only media to report Van Jones as a communist agent.

"...it wasn’t picked up by the mainstream media until July 23. That was when Glenn Beck first told his Fox News audience about Jones.

“This is a guy who is a self-avowed communist,” said Beck, “and he is in the Obama administration … this guy wasn’t a radical, and then was arrested. He spent six months in jail, came out a communist.”

Beck took a shot at the “avowed communist” Jones again on July 28, again on Aug. 4, again on Aug. 11 (”this is a convicted felon, a guy who spent, I think, six months in prison after the Rodney King beating”)
