There can be no doubt that this administration seeks to silent dissent.

Freedom of speech means nothing to these thugs.

This is the downside of social networking sites. Posting any personal information on the internet is a bad idea. What if a “friend” on Facebook turned out to be a criminal? Who could use this information?

Good not to use sites like this.

Amazing << Hear this. Feel this, and tell me that this isn't music.

I’ve been trying to tell you folks—these are real-deal power mongers.

While you are in an uproar about socialized medicine, which you should be, they are busy in the background setting the stage for your downfall.

Ignore my warnings at your peril.

I'm anti-social networking anyway. So I'm safe. I've always hated blogs and all the facebook type junk. There, I've said it.

For the most part, it is public knowledge right?

Don’t put anything on the Net that you don’t want Big Brother to read.

Obviously the only way to stop these Fascist is filing massive lawsuits. One right after the other. And ofcourse the Repubs need to DEMAND a Special Prosecutor to Investigate the Unconstitutional Actions of everyone involved in this criminal org called the Obama Administration.

I have heard ACongress Critter demand that the Cia agents had a duty to refuse to follow the legal opinions they received regarding Interrogations.. ARE THERE ANY GOVERNMENT EMPLOYEES THAT ACTUALLY WORK FOR THE PROTECTION OF THE CONSTITUTION THAT BELIEVE THEY HAVE THE DUTY TO MAKE THE ACTIVITIES OF THIS ADMIN PUBLIC?

If we remain quiet because of fear of them finding us out, we have lost already. We need to be bold, unafraid to speak our minds regardless of the outcome.

This sounds almost illegal. I realize that this information is public information once posted on the social networking site but capturing information based on phrases, key words etc.. for polictial gain is suspicious. Once contact information is gleaned can we expect someone from the White House, Democratic Party or associated groups to do further research?

If this was a Republican administration proposing this you would not be able to stop the screaming from liberal groups or lawsuits from the ACLU. Seems like these groups don't really mind stepping on the privacy of citizens all the while screaming the other guys are doing it. Shameless!

The speech to schools and Pledge video have rightfully received a lot of attention today.

This issue, personal data harvesting from networking sites is a huge issue that shouldn’t be ignored. Anyone have an update on this?

Remember how they had a hissy fit over Bush’s National Security effort to track terrorists, how they said it was spying on American citizens? Just another example of when they complain about something it is a sure fire signal that they intend to do even worse.
