While a nice story, it was a bit overdone in Glenn’s usual, overly dramatic style.
That said, while a “just the facts ma’am” guy myself, I can definitely see where his histrionics and timing can be most effective at delivering the message on a material, as well as emotional level.

I have noticed and appreciate how Glenn lays it out or when interviewing folks he will ask the basic questions. It does lay the groundwork and educates people who may have limited knowledge of the subject being talked about.
