We had a paltry 50 participants here in Davenport, Iowa. Kind of a letdown compared to the two or three hundred we had in the middle of a work day for the original Tea Party.

I want to see the size crowds who were showing up to the Obama campain rallies (yes I know they bussed in hired rent a mobs).

We didn’t hear about it until the day before yesterday. Happened to catch something on the local talk radio.

Good thing is that there were people getting email addresses for better communication in the future.

We were there for 2 1/2 hours. The organizer mentioned in front of me that the police estimate was 3000 people. See video.

The tea party I attended had people coming and going for one reason or another. So the total attendance would probably be more than any one picture would show at a given time.

Yes, the local CBS, NBC, Telemundo and Univision networks. They even had a chopper flying overhead. The turnout was like nothing I could have ever imagined. I can really feel the wind to the back of our movement.
