Maybe he is the one who sold it on Ebay and she bought it - what she does with it is her business.

Do you honestly think that it is the duty of a court to take any document an attorney gives them and authenticate it.

If an attorney cannot authenticate a document he is submitting then he may as well paper his office with it.

This is what Orly wanted, the judge didn't even get around to the question of whether that was reasonable, he kicked it because of not being filed properly.

Its not my business to defend Orly. I know she is taking in incredible risk, working without resources or support, and in my eyes, despite being flaky, doing as good a job as anyone else and better than most considering the circumstances.

There are many better qualified, richer and more powerful attorneys who could do a much better job, but they are afraid or don't care. So Orly soldiers on, and hurray for her.
