Its looking more and more like the forged Kenyan birth certificate released by Orly Taitz on Sunday was a prank by a supporter of President Obama. Politijab points to an anonymous blogger at FearlessBlogging, who has uploaded four photos of the original forgery and a mocking declaration:
Fine cotton business paper: $11Inkjet printer: $35
1940 Royal Model KMM manual typewriter: $10
2 Shilling coin: $1
Pilot Varsity fountain pen: $3
Punkin the Birthers: Priceless

Thank you, hoosiermama -- I think you may win the prize!
All three of these images were cropped in Photoshop. They have NOT been altered from their original images.
As I have already explained in this thread, the jursidictional means clauses in federal fraud statutes are worded and interpreted so broadly that there are probably at least a dozen ways this forger has come within federal jurisdiction.
In the "production" of this document did the forger view or download the Bromford original over the Internet? Bingo -- federal jurisdiction.
Did the forger mail the photographic copy of the document to Orly? Bingo -- federal jurisdiction.
Or did the forger use a courier company operating in interstate commerce, such as FedEx or UPS, to deliver the document? Bingo -- federal jurisdiction.
Even the very paper used in the "production" of the forgery may be sufficient to give federal jurisdiction under "interstate commerce" depending on how it was acquired by the forger.
Unless your client lives in a cave from which he has never emerged to greet his fellow humans, it is practically impossible to successfully defend federal fraud charges by contesting the jurisdictional means clause.
Furthermore, the forger may also be guilty of fabricating evidence or attempting to fabricate evidence in a federal legal proceeding. This would depend on the content of any communications accompanying the item sent to Orly and the circumstances in which it was delivered.
With democrats in control of the Justice Department and given the politically sensitive nature of this case, as someone correctly pointed out earlier, it is one thing for there to have been a crime committed but another thing for any prosecutor to be willing to seek charges. But if there is a willing prosecutor, and the identity of the forger can be determined, the elements of the crime can be established.
If you want to complain about the overly broad nature of federal fraud crimes, take that complaint to Congress and the federal courts.
We, on our side, are all so stupid that we fell for it.
That's the plan and payoff for the $1,000,000 investment that Obozo made by hiding his documentation.
Well gosh, I'll rush off into the corner and inspect my gullibility - then I'll eat worms!
I don’t follow you in what you think that demonstrates.
It appears to support the idea that this “punker” is in fact the forger. It would appear the forger made a typo in “maiden” (perhaps he was stoned) and then, being too lazy or stoned to do it over, simply covered up the typo with a smudge of salsa or who knows what before taking the photograph and sending it to Orly.
In the “punk’d” version, the bit of salsa or whatever has been wiped off, revealing the typo, but one can see the vestige of the original stain.
You’re ignoring Punkd Pic 1 though. Punkd Pic 1 is the same as Orlys — except much higher resolution and detail. Can’t fake that. Punkd Pic 1 proves the hoax, supported by Punkd Pic 2 showing the coin and the typo covered over by the stain on Pic 1.
Instead of trying to “re-create” the textured stain (more difficult to do) from the original image, he digitally darkened the area above and below the stain to compensate.
It's inconclusive how “Maiden” is spelled in the “original” image. In other words ... it's as unconfirmed as it ever was before the “punk’d” image was released.
Something like this:
I had previously got a little eye strain over this business of certificates. Not much of an excuse but I fumbled the name of David Jeffery Bomford's father's middle names. No harm done, but it does pay to be careful. One Alaric Edgar Hubert Bomford.
I tried to decipher and failed of course, for the "seal" on the Obama birth certificate. Why your work on this has not blown the thing out of the water, I am wise enough not to comment. I notice the coin is 1937 (I hope I got that right) and I notice the crown and the words, Fid Def Imp- this being defender of the faith in the Empire.
I have a two shilling piece for 1957. The crown is missing and only the words Fid Def (defender of the faith) is embossed. I guess the times caught up with the old once "British Empire". Otherwise it is a close reproduction.
The "seal" is clever stuff on someone's part- I hope they rot, Oh, wait, they do rot- rot in their own filth. (laughs).
No, they didn’t start it. Obozonites took the birther obsession (yes, it is an obsession when your desire for something to be true trumps what is actually true - e.g. take a look at how many people STILL think this spoof BC is real) and are using it to their advantage.
And it’s always a good idea to inspect gullibility. This Kenya BC was such a blatant fake that I can’t believe anyone thought it could be real.
Your viewpoint that it is an obsession to be concerned about the true origin of a thug who got elected via numerous illegalities, the MSM shills, anonymous deep pocket backers and a shady past which has been sealed, hidden and scrubbed - is very suspect.
I tried it with high quality 25% cotton fiber paper and a quarter and did not get anything resembling an embossed seal.
It would be much easier to just download image from Web and use Photoshop to create an emboss feature. Also it is not clear how the alleged forger would have obtained a Kenyan 2 shilling coin.
The father’s unlikely name may hold a clue. ALARIC EDGAR HUBERT BOMFORD is an anagram for FORGED OBAMA BIRTH CARD LURE. If, as seems to be emerging, this document is a part of an elaborate plant to discredit those questioning Obama’s provenance then this looks like a hidden joke aimed at those who took the bait.
I’m just trying to understand the interpretation of the person I originally responded to, really that’s all. I’m not sure what to think exactly, because you could probably put two lawyers in a room and get 12 explanations of what you just stated.
Never mind. Why do I bother? I’m done with you people. Maybe you can spend another couple thousand posts debating whether this achingly fake Kenya BC is real or not. Spend hours in Photoshop magnifying pixels and booger smudges. Wax rhapsodic about bedspread patterns. You’re right. I’m a “suspect”. Have fun.
I imagine it takes much more pressure with the high cotton paper. I have pretty good hand strength. That might be enough.
A bench vise would probably do the trick too. Rubber cement the coin to one jaw, rubber cement a hard rubber disk the same size as the coin to the other jaw.
Coin stores have a very wide variety of samples. I would speculate that one would only need to visit a few before finding one. But that is just an untested guess.
Or in a major metropolitan area there are probably currency exchanges available at the airport.
I might have to try that this weekend since I'll be up near the airport for my not terribly major metropolitan area.
Yes and part of this whole thing is the give and take from varying opinions. Yours does vary from mine and I am no expert. Old Alaric was the Germanic conqueror who helped ravage Rome in the Fifth century. I, knowing the sense of humour in that county- Australia, would concede a few jokes about that name. He is referred to as plain old "Al" in the cemetery records.
My money is on David Jeffrey Bomford's Birth Certificate.
"As good as gold".
Whether David Bomford (if he is this Bomford) who on his "Facebook" acts as an absolute "wacko" is involved, is the only question for me.
Cordially.
Your sensitive whining tells me that if you continue down that road, you are going to get a lot of flak here or cat-zooting. Go and get a life, buddy!!!
Well, my goodness - if topics about 0bama’s birthplace and therefore eligibility bore you - find someplace else that interests you! I never post on threads that don’t interest me. Why do you?
And who are “you people”? People who are concerned that 0bama may not actually be born in HI and therefore not eligible to be president, and maybe not even a US citizen at all?
Well, according to post #627, that Kenyan two shilling coin is from 1937, and they had already altered the design by 1957. So good luck with finding one at the airport currency exchange.

Life isn’t a joking matter, danamco. Maybe it is to you, but not to me.
That does complicate matters.
Coins stores it will have to be.
