The beauty of this thing is that it isn't organized by some group "claiming to be the leaders of conservative views." It's a pretty big assumption on your part to think otherwise. Further, certain philosophies/types don't "herd" together well in groups and others do. Liberals do because they're like sheep who yearn to be led; conservatives don't because they're "lone wolves" who resent those who presume to lead them. Natures of the beasts.
So IF there's "to some extent an effort to organize peope [on FR] in fruitless endeavors," I wouldn't worry about it much. And though you indentify yourself as a "lone wolf," you sound a little too timid for that. It sounds to me like your too frightened to do much more than sit back and wring your hands at what you see other "wolves" doing.
I’ll ignore that “hand wringer” comment, there are some people around here that would not have information or where to look into Obamas past if it were not for my efforts, I just don’t go bragging about it as much as others.
And I deliberately want my name out of circulation, I get approached all the time both on the web and here in Wasilla so I quite often just clam up and refuse to back my self up so its possible some people think I’m a troll, heck I would prefer that they do, gets me deeper into their mind.
