More credence to a system wide computer glitch.

If your short form COLB comes back with “File” instead of “Accepted,” get on that phone asking Hawaii for an explanation because it doesn’t jive with your long form COLB.

What it says on the long form I don’t believe to be related directly to whats on the short form... My colb says “Date Filed by the Registrar” Which is the date it was filed, Aug 14, 1969, and is the same day it was accepted by the state.

This is bothering me. Is is not possible that “filed” indicates US birth IN the state and “accepted” is documentation of birth NOT in the US proper, or a baby born to a resident of the state of Hawaii outside of the state temporarily?
