Oh, I see, they threw them in the trash and kept the trash for 8 or 9 years and then retrieved them. That makes sense./s

"discarded"

Government and States do not "discard" or destroy original documents. Once a photocopy for microfilm is made, the originals are filed in a logical order by year, date and document number and are able to be retrieved from storage at any time requested.

Something is fishy, Obama et al probably can't figure out how to alter the original or get anothe one on record, which is why the lies, legal action and stalling.
