I sure thought this was absurd. He says he doesn’t know the facts of the case, yet offers an opinion that reflects the police having been in the wrong. He dosn’t know the facts, but he has a strong opinion anyway.

Not to offer a defense for Obama, but that does make him a thoroughly modern American man.

There are plenty of people offering strong opinions on issues they know noting about. We call them “politicians”, “journalists”, “celebrities”, “liberals”...

Facts are irrelevant. He bases it on feelings instead of the merits of the case. He nominated Sotomayor because he knows she thinks the same way.
