I sure thought this was absurd. He says he doesn’t know the facts of the case, yet offers an opinion that reflects the police having been in the wrong.
Facts are irrelevant. He bases it on feelings instead of the merits of the case. He nominated Sotomayor because he knows she thinks the same way.
