Biden might fill in for a while, but not permanently because Obama was never legitimate. There will be a Vote in the House of Representatives, One State, Once vote, thats how it goes.

Now, given how many states went Dem Vs. GOP in the house, the heaviest populated states went Dem, but the majority of states went GOP. Exactly. Now it has to be figured out definitively by SCOTUS if McCain is Natural Born or not and legally define what the term means.

Game changer.

This is why Congress has been burning through legislation so fast. BUT its all gone now, Nothing Obama signed is legal.

Looking forward to this being settled once and for all.

McCain’s status, if he was indeed born in Colon and not Coco Solo as has been widely speculated (and his birth record file says Colon), certainly would test the exact limits of natural born. Could a child born in England of two US citizens in 1790 grow up and live in england, return to the US as an adult for the requisite number of years, and become president? My guess is that the founders would say NO.

Mccain was only in panama a very very short time, but there is no distinguishing of this anywhere I have seen.

A law was passed which would retroactively make mccain natural born if born in the canal zone (and maybe panama iirc) but I am not sure how an ex-post-facto law can apply here.
