This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for some time now.
U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.
Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.
This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it's orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

Let’s take this to it’s logical conclusion. First, the cabinet, like Hillary, is not the cabinet. All executive orders are rescinded. The Stimulus bill is not signed.
All agreements with foreign leaders are rescinded. These are facts if Obeyme is not a valid president.
Now to conjecture. Is Biden vice-president? He was selected by Obeyme, not a valid candidate. Do votes cast for an invalid candidate (Obama) carry over to Biden? If Obama is a fraudulent candidate, but people voted for him, not Biden, then what is Biden’s status? I believe in this case the whole 2008 election is a do-over. My point is, I don’t think it is a slam dunk that biden simply fills in behind Obama.
Oh now that is BRILLIANT!

My first reaction is that this is an incredible result.
My second reaction is that there is something wrong with my understanding and attitude if I think it is incredible. Thinking it is incredible means I do not understand what is really going on.

If obambi is ruled out as president his selection of Plugs is also void....
Default is to reconvene the electoral voters with obambi/biden stricken from consideration.

The technical impact of this rescinding order is somewhat murkey for me other than it could get interesting if other enlistee’s join in. Obama’s lawyers are tricky.

If she's also tossed at the same time, then Senator Byrd (President pro tempore) becomes the President, selects a new VP.
If he's also tossed at the same time, then Hillary Clinton becomes President and selects a new VP.
In no way do McCain and Palin get in.
You can read the full succession list here. Sorry, we'd have to have the President, VP, Speaker of the House, Senate President pro tempore, and the entire cabinet tossed at the same time to get a new election where McCain or Palin could re-run. And I don't see that happening!
NOTE: even if the President is tossed out, the Cabinet is still installed since they were approved by the Senate. So the new President could ask for resignations and form a new Cabinet, but the Secretaries still maintain their roles. The President nominates, but the Senate confirms, which means they can maintain their position even if the President is removed from office.
My take: the worst that will happen is Obama will be removed from office, and we'll have President Biden who will select a new Vice President. Most likely, though, we'll see nothing come of this. It'll be spiked, and the Senate will never convict Obama of high crimes for his falsification of his birthplace. He'll be impeached by not removed, like Clinton.
And who came in third again?
It might. Because Obama should never have been running to begin with. It will be Hilary’s Name on the ballot in the House of Reps.
Obama has been partying almost every night in the White House. I think he knows that they may not be there for very long. Either the Birth Certificate issue or the many scandals in Illinois could sink them. That may be why Obama constantly moves in such a light-weight fantasy mode. He doesn't take himself or his Presidency seriously.
Too bad the rest of us are having to take it very seriously.
You know they will look at that. The problem I have with that is the interpretation.... Death, Resignation, Inability. Electibility is one they addressed and was ignored.
