Breaking: Major has orders revoked, by questioning Obama's legitimacy

This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for some time now.

U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.

Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.

This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it's orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

The 40’s and 50’s are unknown to todays educators or students. They keep trying to change behavior but it never happens. The US is first for a reason and it is slipping away via dumbass moonbats.

I don’t see how. The Major had standing to sue as long as he was facing an illegal order. Now that the order no longer exists, I am not sure the case is not moot.

It does as others have pointed out cause a bit of a potential problem for the US military. It would cause a serious breakdown in the chain of command if every individual who wanted to could get orders changed by suing like this. And of course Obama would probably be happy if his situation contributed to the breakdown of the US military.

Iran won't nuke anybody, no matter what Ahmadinejad says, because that would be the death knell for their regime. They want to stay in power. What we need are:
1. Strong missile defense shield
2. Control our borders so terrorists and their supplies cannot be smuggled in
3. A healthy, robust military which can be deployed anywhere in the world in the event of an actual threat to the US.

New York Times science section Tuesday, all about the moonlandings, has article about those crazy people who think the moonlandings were a hoax and lumps them together with those crazy people who think the United States government knocked the World Trade Center down and

guess what?

with those crazy people who wonder why we have no proof that our president is a natural-born citizen.

he spoke with bob costas at length also on the MLB channel tonight with quite a bit of the conversation discussing his hawaii time. high school things, his visits to the old triple a hawaii islander baseball team’s stadium, seeing the cinncinati reds in the late 70’s during ABC’s ‘the superstars’, competition that was taped in hawaii, and playing basketball against johnny bench’s team but again, no birth mentions. costas asked him if he got the MLB channel in the WH but muslim boy said he wasn’t sure, but if they didn’t he would get the CIA to ‘tap’ into something so he could.

He no longer has any STANDING by which to seek legal remedy, and that has been the problem for the “Birthers”, all along.

Now that I have thought this through, if Obama has no standing and the military cannot determine if they are receiving orders from a legitimate President, then does Obama eventually find himself without a standing army?
