This story has been slipping under the Main Stream Media Radar for some time now.
U.S. Army Major Stefan Frederick Cook Filed a restraining order asking for legitimate confirmation that his Commander in Chief was legitimately in Office, giving him his orders to Deploy to Afghanistan with his unit.
Today in a stunning development, the Military rescinded those orders.
This has set a precedent heretofore unknown. The entire US Military can now not only question it's orders, a requirement of their duty when they believe that an order is given illegitimately, but can expect that their orders will also be rescinded should they question the legitimacy of the CIC who is the ultimate Authority in Command. In other words, Obama.

Its not about who succeeds who, its about a Vote for President in the House of Reps, though I have to admit, there is the possibility that the SCOTUS will decide differently. But thats the point, SCOTUS will have to decide what the LEGAL path IS now.

What we are forgetting, friends, is that if the SCOTUS and weight of evidence proves Obummer is a fraud, then the Watts and Rodney King riots will seem like playdates at the park. The rampaging and anger from American blacks will spill into suburbs, affecting us all, and not just Korean shopkeepers.
No, the white liberals are all p-ssies and will write angry emails and send a billion Twitters to phones. But the blacks will claim "he deserves the Presidency anyway" and we will all fear for our safety.

Everyone in Politics knows about this issue. She does too, but until there is a case with STANDING, or the Military ducking like this, its a moot point, and they can’t really even comment on it.

No, it means that all the military can question Obamas orders to deploy and the Military is going to duck on the issue.
It means the Military can not prove that Obama is the legitimate CIC.
