The Rasmussen Reports daily Presidential Tracking Poll for Tuesday shows that 33% of the nation's voters now Strongly Approve of the way that Barack Obama is performing his role as President. Thirty-six percent (36%) Strongly Disapprove giving Obama a Presidential Approval Index rating of 3. Those figures reflect the highest level of strong disapproval measured to date and the lowest level recorded for the overall
To think: if the Dems used the Repubs’ winner take all, Hillary would have won the nomination on Super Tuesday. And if the Repubs used the caucuses......
I work in a grocery store and there were so many (white) customers plastered in Obama t-shirts in the weeks leading up to election day. One day I even saw two of them give each other thumbs up. They all got caught up in it like it was Beatlemania or something!
And now? I rarely ever see an Obama t-shirt on any customer, certainly not on any white customers.
Well I know two of them who became Obama supporters because they were “scared to death” of Sarah Palin. Seriously, how is a hockey mom from Alaska scarier than a guy who went to Jeremiah Wright’s Church for 20 years, hung out with domestic terrorists and wants to redistribute wealth?!
Well according to them, she is going to go into everyone’s bedroom and make sure that no gay people can be together. BS!
As flaming stupid and shallow as the Hussein voters are, I hold McCain primarily responsible. The SOB threw the election. He forbade anyone to voice anything about the train load of baggage Hussein had/has.
Even a worthless RINO such as Juan McAmnesty should have creamed this guy. A campaign run so badly beyond belief that a thinking person has to wonder if McCain really did throw the election.
That is really depressing !!
I still remember McShame's words to a group of supporters: "he [Obama] is a decent person; and a person you do not have to be scared as president of the United States." Completely unbelievable and unforgivable. http://www.liveleak.com/view?i=1c4_1223996273
I nearly vomited when I voted for McCain, despite Sarah being on the ticket. What a horrendous decision for a conservative to have to make: Vote for an all out radical leftist America hater, a Constitution-hating RINO socialist, or stay home (which is a vote for the radical leftist.) For the first time in my life, I didn’t enjoy voting one bit.
The recent polling and the promising trend against the Kenyan is the first breath of fresh air I’ve experienced since McCain got the nomination. It makes me hope that the sheeple might somehow be shaken out of their stupor.
Can you explain more, how does that work?
The party has no obligation to choose its nominee on the basis of primary elections; it can simply ignore any primary results, and choose its nominee on the basis of privately-held caucuses. Or it could do a half-and-half thing like the Democrats did in Texas.
The advantage of caucuses is that only party members can participate.
I think it is possible the black voters may turn on him if unemployment goes high enough and if they are ever enlightened that the One is not actually black, that he is more likely 1/2 white - 1/2 arab. They voted for him because of race and if ever find out that the claim of being black was just a big lie, and that he was set up, funded and promoted by a bunch of whites and arabs, I don’t think it will set well with them and they may have a pretty ugly reaction to it.
Other than that, the African American community wants him to stay no matter what. Higher unemployment rates under Obama are ignored. All they care about is that Michelle and Barack are considered POTUS and FLOTUS. That's all the secular black community cares about. Being invited to the White House, knowing someone who was invited to the White House, Flying on AF1, or knowing someone that's flown or will fly on AF1.
The media built this guy up to be the messiah. Once they decide he's a false messiah they'll feel betrayed and he'll go down hard and fast taking a bunch of Dems with him.
Shut up, buttmunch. Uuuuh, like, your like stupid, or something. I think that like the dumbasses in the Proletariat need to like, figure out that like communism never works or something and then they won't like vote for leftists anymore. You can't just shoot people dillweed.
Oh, yeh. Yeh, eh, heh. This ME-262 just likes to fire....fire, fire!!! He should like trying to explain stuff to voters and if that doesn't work, than it's time for fire. FIRE! FIRE!
McCain was not elected by Democrats. Stop spreading that ridiculous BS. Democrats had hotly contested primaries of their own. McCain was elected because the initial frontrunner, Rudy, was torpedoed by the Right. It was clear to the astute at that time that the candidate was going to be Rudy or McCain. And irrational, froathing hatred of Rudy indeed gave us McCain.
Expect the same thing next time as anyone with an appeal beyond the 30% of the electorate which is conservative is shot down by the Right.
What was and is significant about McCain’s campaign is the skyrocketing of Sarah over the political landscape. No other candidate would have nominated her. So I am thankful for that.
Nope, Oklahome City revived Slimey’s presidency.
Most of us at FR were not irrational nor hateful. We just didn't want, as the Republican contender, someone whose liberal views on most important issues conflicted with our conservative principles. Rudybots left or were purged. This is a conservative forum, not Republican.
Yeah, ‘give him time’...that is what a poster said in the online version of our local paper. That was after he stated that Republicans are stupid racists.
So many idiots out there...thanks, in part, to the educational system.
